TEE GREEN

 

Tee is the former Executive Chairman and CEO of Greenway Health™, where he served in leadership roles since its founding in 1998. A knowledgeable authority on healthcare reform, Green is a sought after business adviser has been a contributing author on multiple academic and research articles.

 

 During his tenure at Greenway, Tee was involved in a total of six separate rounds of capital-raising activities securing $87.5M. In February 2012, Greenway completed an initial public offering, raising proceeds of $77M. As CEO, Tee led Greenway through a privatization with Vista Equity Partners with an all cash transaction of $644 million.

  

A serial entrepreneur, Tee has started several additional companies across a wide array of industries and is a Board member of several technology and services businesses.

  

At 121G Consulting, Tee is focused on helping C-suite executives build corporate strategy and culture, raise investment capital and develop corporate boards as well as being a mentor to founders.

JOHNATHAN SAMPLES

Johnathan is an accomplished software developer with extensive experience in building and leading technical software development teams for over 18 years. He has specific expertise in design strategy, architecture, user interface and workflow development and system scale.

​

Johnathan led development of Greenway Medical Technologies’ PrimeSuite EHR platform and associated solutions, which today is used by 50,000 clinical providers.  He has also advised three additional Electronic Health Record companies as they build their next generation platforms, lending his deep expertise on mobile based applications and extensive knowledge with health data interoperability.

 

At 121G Consulting, Johnathan is focused on providing companies with technology executive leadership, formulating innovation strategy, optimizing product development operations and technical development consulting.

GREG SHILLING

Greg has been building and advising high growth companies in the healthcare and technology sectors for 20+ years. He has deep expertise and experience in corporate strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnership development and building high performing sales and marketing teams. 

 

Greg played a key role in launching and building Greenway Medical Technologies into a $370M+ business which included an IPO, privatization by private equity investors and multiple corporate acquisitions.

At 121G Consulting, Greg focuses on helping businesses raise investment capital, energizing sales channels, developing marketing capabilities and building strategic partner channel relationships.

JUSTIN PARK

​

Justin is an accomplished entrepreneur, attorney and retired professional athlete.  Justin serves as an investor and advisor to PushActive, an innovative CRM system for the fitness industry, and was a founder of The Carolina Clinic at UNC, part of the University of North Carolina Health Care System, where he served as the Executive Fitness Director for 4 years. 

​

After earning is J.D. from the University of California Los Angeles, Justin began his legal career as an Associate at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth where he focused on the technology sector, advising companies on corporate governance, venture capital, M&A and IPOs.

​

In addition to his business activities, Justin is a retired professional triathlete. He competed in over 100 events during his 12 year career, with signature wins at several prestigious events.

​

At 121G Consulting, Justin provides legal, risk, business strategy and compliance guidance to the Company and its portfolio of investments, clients and intellectual property assets.
